Just made my breakfast for tomorrow, so it’s ready to go right when I wake up! :) 

1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt, one container of Chobani Champions, 2 tsps of chia seeds, and a handful of sliced strawberries - it all comes out to 230 calories and over 20 grams of protein! Yummmmm.
